I am a makeup artist, and I work for Mac.
Invest in a GOOD contour brush, such as the Mac 138, 165 or 168. If you don't have the money to splurge (understandable), pick up Sonia Kashuk's Angled Blush Brush (available at Target).
Do not use bronzer for contouring, it is meant for reflecting light, and is too orange for using as a ';shadow'; on the face. Instead, opt for a beige brown blush, no shimmer, nothing too orange, nothing too pink, nothing too peach...just a very matte beige brown. If you don't mind shelling out for Mac blush, the perfect colors for contouring are Strada, Blush Baby and Harmony:

*Don't choose a color that's too dark for your skin tone. I'm an NC20 and I use Harmony. Make sure it's only a few shades darker than your foundation.
For a highlight, you can use a pearlescent or iridescent blush that is light in color, preferable sheer and lighter than your foundation color.
Mac also makes a sculpting/shaping powder, but it is available at Pro stores only:

NYX makes a duo contour/highlight set:

TO APPLY:
Make a kissy face, and start by applying the 'contour' color right where the darkest shadow is along the hollows of the cheeks. Sweep back to the hair line and forward toward the middle of the cheek plane (but staying inside the hollows). Keep moving the brush along the hollows to blend and contour. Soften lines further by using a clean powder brush and blending in small circles along the cheekbones. Using a smaller blush or contour brush or large eyeshadow brush, apply contour powder down the sides of the bridge of the nose, and under the tip of the nose. Blend using a clean larger blush or powder brush. Using the contour brush, apply contour powder along the underside of the jawline, blending downward onto the neck. For added sculpting, try applying contour powder to the temples and along the sides of the face to slim it down. Apply the highlighting powder to the cheekbones. If you cant find them, press your fingers against your cheeks..right where you feel the bones is where you should be applying the highlight powder. Don't use too much, just a light dusting over the apples of cheeks, down the bridge of the nose and on the chin.
If you want to use a liquid product, such as foundation to contour, make sure you get two foundation colors, one your actual color, the other two shades darker. Apply it the same way as described above, but this time you need to use a foundation brush, and it needs to be blended very very well in order to look natural.
Hope this helps! :)How to contour face? Make up help (pictured included)?

you know how to make a fish face (like draw your cheeks into your mouth) to make the bone visable then put on a little blush working it along your cheek bone
Shave off all your hair.
