Use foundation and concealer. I use Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage. I love it because it has 2 shades and I can custom blend.

She also one specifically for the eye area, Secret Concealer. But your spots aren't around your eyes so you really don't need it.

first you use concealer apply it to the blemishes on your face and under your eye to remove the dark circles remember to use a shade a little lighter then your skin tone then go over your whole face with foundation
I honestly like them they make you look great. Use a cover up with a foundation brush over your moles. Sweep mineral make up over them and your whole face for a clear complexion.
Foundation and/or concealer.
foundation 1st and then add a very small amount of blush that matches your skin tone.
