Are patrons allowed to attend Terror Behind the Walls in costume with full face make up?

I've worked at a haunted house style attraction before, and people were not allowed to wear masks or full face make up (although it was in Virginia, where it's illegal to do that at all). Is it permitted at the Eastern State Penitentiary? Are patrons allowed to attend Terror Behind the Walls in costume with full face make up?
Their website doesn't stictly prohibit costumes, but I doubt they are permitted. Guests in costume can easily be mistaken for hired actors and could create a legal liability should they behave improperly toward other guests who might think them employees. Are patrons allowed to attend Terror Behind the Walls in costume with full face make up?
i would think so i dont ee why not
